Job Title: Indoor Facility Team Lead
Type of Position: Seasonal – Full-Time & Part-Time
Schedule: Weekends and holidays required.
Pay Rate: Starts at $21/hr. DOE

Summary
Oversees indoor operations of the Ski & Ride School 4-5-6-year-old indoor facility. Reports directly to 4-5-6-year-old program supervisor to assure quality operation & staffing of student check in/check out process, lunch prep, and service, ordering supplies, rental staffing, ongoing cleanliness & end of day cleaning and prep for next days operations.
Essential Functions
- Monitors expected business volumes to order and maintain food and supply stocks at appropriate levels.
- Operates and oversees food prep and lunch service and cleanup.
- Checks in and oversees any indoor needs of students that may need an indoor break from outdoor activities.
- Works with instructor staff to assure all indoor procedures are observed.
- Oversees and directs any staff assigned to work in the facility.
- Assures that end of day clean-up and organization is completed by closing.
- Provides feedback & observations to 4-5-6-year-old program supervisor on indoor operations and staff performance related to facility operations.
- Work in a variety of support roles such as, fitting boots and skis, snow removal, reservation/student check in processes; be willing to perform duties occasionally in other departments like rental operations.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by the 4-5-6-year-old program supervisor.
Requirements/Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have the ability to verbally communicate and explain concepts & direction clearly to people of all ages.
- Must be patient and nurturing to students and other staff members.
- Must be able to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50lbs and perform other physically demanding skills, like standing for extended periods of time in extreme weather conditions and high elevations.
- Must have basic computer skills to review job assignments and order supplies.
