Job Title: Air Table Specialist
Location/Hours: Ogden, Utah; 30-40 hours/week, in-office
Job Type: Full-Time. Six-to-Twelve-month contract, potential to extend depending on need and/or ability to expand scope of work.
Pay: $50-$75/hour, commensurate with experience.
Job Summary:
As an Air Table Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, configuring, and optimizing Air Table databases to support various business functions. You will work closely with different departments to ensure that data is accurately organized, workflows are streamlined, and the platform is utilized effectively to meet organizational goals. Your role will involve designing and implementing solutions, troubleshooting issues, and providing training and support to team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Database Management: Design, build, and maintain Air Table bases to support project management, CRM, and other business needs.
- Customization and Integration: Customize fields, views, and automations to fit specific use cases. Integrate Air Table with other tools and platforms using APIs and third-party applications.
- Data Organization: Ensure data integrity by developing and implementing data entry standards, validation rules, and workflows.
- Troubleshooting and Support: Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Air Table-related issues. Develop solutions to address user queries and problems.
- Training and Documentation: Create user guides, training materials, and conduct training sessions for team members to maximize the use of Air Table.
- Reporting and Analysis: Develop reports and dashboards to track key metrics and provide insights.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and develop Air Table solutions that address their requirements. Collaborate with IT and other departments on system integration and upgrades.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience with Air Table, including base creation, customization, and management. Experience with database management, data analysis, and system integration is a plus.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in using Air Table, familiarity with APIs, scripting, and integration tools (e.g., Zapier). Knowledge of other databases or project management tools is a plus.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and develop creative solutions.
- Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure data accuracy and system reliability.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with other no-code/low-code platforms.
- Certification or training in Air Table or related tools.
