We are in search of a Project Support Representative (B2B Outside Sales Rep – Renovations) to work with customers and sales reps projecting a knowledgeable, friendly, and professional company image. Walk units and identify products and counts to put together comprehensive renovation quotes.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and quantifying Project needs, such as start and end timelines, materials and finishes.
  • Communicate and work with other department’s i.e. field sales, national sales, credit, purchasing, branch manager, and the project support team to develop sales and resolve issues as they arise.
  • Use computer software to prepare project quotes and all supporting documentation.
  • Evaluating the profitability and viability of a projects and products at customers’ request
  • Recommending cost-cutting methods to increase profitability at customers’ request.
  • Complete all required paperwork and documentation associated with each project
  • Walk all unit types on every project
  • Identify products and finishes
  • Forecast product usage per project
  • Assist with on-the-job training for new employees.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have some construction experience with a strong sales background
  • Must have a high level of verbal and written communication skills including the ability to do presentations in front of a group
  • A working knowledge of blueprints and technical documents
  • Computer literate with a working knowledge of excel and the ability to learn customer service software applications.
  • Working Conditions: Must be able to walk up and down stairs and work outside in all types of weather
  • Some afterhours networking and association meetings required
  • We require pre-employment Drug Test, Background and Driving Record checks for this position.
  • Must have valid driver’s license and meet company requirements for insurance and driver safety record.
  • Must have own transportation and be able to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory.

Pay Range for CA, CO, NJ, NY, WA: $68,400.00 - $114,000.00 annually
