What You Will Do
The Market Supervisor (MS) is are responsible for leading and supervising a team of approximately 3-7 local market Administrative Service Associates. This role manages and analyzes the overall productivity of the office and ensures process adherence. The MS is responsible for ASA scheduling and task assignment, performance management; including coaching, leading and training, and developing a positive team environment for ASAs. The MS will also resolve customer service escalations, drive resolution of same day delivery issues, assists with overall warehouse management and all other duties as assigned from the Market Delivery Manager and Market Assistant Delivery Manager.
What We're Looking For
Required to work a set schedule that may be changed/modified by management based on the needs of the facility.
Requests to be scheduled off for a specific day require advanced notification and approval by supervisor. Salaried positions are generally scheduled for 40 hours; more hours may be required based on the needs of the XDT.
Must work in a distribution/warehouse environment with the physical and environmental aspects typically associated with such environment.
Minimally must be able to lift 40 pounds; ability to lift up to 75 pounds without assistance daily.
What You Need to Succeed
Minimum Qualifications
High School or GED
5 years’ experience in supervisory role or customer service call center experience
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field and 2 years’ experience in a Supply Chain leadership role
OR
Associate’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or related field and 3 years’ experience in a Supply Chain leadership role
Bi-lingual skills helpful, if applicable to the facility
