Day To Day
As part of your daily responsibilities, you will build and maintain a comprehensive lead list, engage with trusted local businesses, and sell print and digital advertising solutions to potential clients within your designated territory each week. Travel for this territory is in the state of Vermont. A valid driver’s license and insurance coverage may be required in certain territories.

What will make you successful:
- Sales experience in B2B, territory development, cold calling, prospecting, and a desire to succeed and grow by helping our clients succeed.
- Proficiency in CRM software (i.e. Salesforce) and other sales tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and analyze your sales performance.
- A proven track record of success in direct sales, preferably in advertising, media, or related industries. A strong understanding of sales or advertising principles, including digital and print advertising.
- A result focused mindset able to work independently in a fast-paced sale environment.
Compensation and Benefits
- Compensation: $42,250 Salary Plus Uncapped Commissions and Bonuses
- First year earning potential ranges from $55-65K with an average of $85k after
