Job Overview:
We are looking for an Assistant Vice President to help in our Vendor (Service Provider) Management area. LPL is growing and so is our need to govern the complex set of service providers with whom we work. This role requires an individual with outsourcing knowledge and savvy, as well as someone who can tactically establish appropriate controls and governance processes to ensure LPL’s service providers continue to deliver great results within the strict regulatory environment in which we operate.
Responsibilities:
Manage various and competing demands across LPL technology leaders with multiple service providers
Enforce contract compliance while focusing on SLA management across multiple service providers
Ensure service provider governance meeting cadences are followed and documented
Create and share operational metrics driving value generation and effective partner management
Manage key strategic relationships to ensure both the vendors and the tech leadership are set up for success
Help the leaders to execute outcome based contracts within Agile delivery

Requirements:
4-year degree in business or technology
8 years of overall experience with at least 5 years of experience in vendor management
4 years of experience managing technology delivery working with nearshore and offshore providers
Data driven leader who has established and managed success metrics on technology delivery
2 year of experience with SLA management and ability to explain processes used and results
Core Competencies:
Ability to share ideas and examples of how overall service provider management was improved
Ability to provide approach and examples of documenting and following regulatory processes
Previous experience working with or managing large nearshore and offshore vendors
Ability to work across diverse cultures and understand how cultural differences play into day-to-day work
Pay Range:
$117,200-$175,800/year
