What are the responsibilities and job description for the Purchasing Coordinator position at LPR?
The Purchasing Coordinator role is responsible for requesting all inventory and materials from outside parties (vendors) for the daily operation of the organization.
- Keep an accurate track of all orders and the timeliness of those orders.
- Complete all data entry for orders so that all in the organization are aware of statuses.
- Learn and provide support with the daily activates with the Director of Operations and Service Managers.
- Learn and provide support with the daily activates with the office manager. This will provide the awareness of the accounting, customers, vendors, we work with.
- Keep office supplies stocked including company stationary and apparel needs.
- Data entry for day to day inventory movement and transactions, reported to effected departments
The typical work schedule is Monday thru Friday 8.00AM to 5PM
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
