Our in-house marketing team takes a creative agency approach leveraging the experience, motivation, and talent of our group in print and digital marketing for creative excellence and fast-paced production. You will provide hands-on coordination and creative support in our 13 sector areas as you manage proposal and interview marketing strategy (responsive marketing), as well as finding external opportunities to promote and share the firm’s knowledge and expertise using pro-active marketing strategies. Marketing Specialists are dedicated to expanding their professional knowledge through marketing subgroups that allow personal growth. Opportunities to explore skills and interests include video, social media, research, public relations, branding, podcasting, award submittals, asset management, website design, and more – while enjoying the flexibility to work in the office and remotely.

Our Expectations
SECTION I: TECHNICAL COMPETENCY
- An active listener and strategic thinker that is eager to collaborate with a team of creatives including designers, writers, architects, interior designers and more
- Take ownership of the production process for responsive marketing efforts, such as responding to proposals for project pursuits, preparing information packages, interviews, and presentations. We are looking for a highly organized individual that can schedule and keep multiple marketing efforts on track to meet deadlines
- Partner with our practice-specific professionals with expertise in Urban Environments, Healthcare, K-12, Higher Education and Workplace to provide creative support, as well as conceptualize and champion external marketing endeavors.
- Be the ‘go-to’ contact for one or more offices across the Southeast. Facilitating office-specific marketing ventures such as digital messaging, photography of team members, projects, and office presentations
- Strong proficiency in Adobe CS with InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is required
- Proficiency in video editing using Premiere Pro and After Effects; Microsoft Office; WordPress or other website maintenance programs
- Ability to edit and organize all components of packages to ensure content is comprehensive, client-specific, as well as in accordance with the LS3P brand standards
- Strong design, graphic, and presentation skills
- Understanding of the design and procurement processes
- Attendance at conferences, calling on clients, and cold calls are not required, but are a plus
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design or an equivalent field of study preferred (experience also considered);
- 4 years of experience in an architectural office or equivalent professional setting
