We are seeking an outgoing self-starter to join our Operations Supervisor team. You will manage people and
use your all-star team leadership skills to guide and engage your team to ensure all safety and performance initiatives are achieved in our Retail Assembly Department. You will instill our company’s values into your team culture as
your passion for operations takes flight as you lead your team to meet budgetary, quality, safety and customer service goals.
Supervisor Responsibility
Ø Ensure that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed and directed and that all delivery times are being met timely
Ø Conduct daily work group meetings
Ø Schedule and control staff to meet labor productivity and overtime targets
Ø Ensure compliance with all government regulatory agencies standards (example: Food and Drug Administration (FDA), United Stated Department of Agriculture (USDA), Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA), Environmental Protection Administration (EPA), Department of Transportation (DOT), Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP),
Ø Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety regulations
Ø Other duties as deemed necessary
Leadership
Ø Guide, motivate and develop staff within the Human Resources policies
Ø Make the company's values and management principles live in the department(s)
Participate and support company sponsored initiatives such as Quality, HACCP, Lean Manufacturing, Employee Safety and Production systems
Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Ø Bachelor’s degree or equivalent knowledge required with one to three years of related work experience required
Ø Ability to develop and lead others to obtain desired results & achieve productivity goals
Ø Working knowledge of OSHA, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP), FDA, USDA and EPA regulations
Ø Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills required along with the ability to multi-task
Ø Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows-based computer applications

Pay: $48,735.00 - $56,618.00 per year
