Job Description

Role Purpose Statement

Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of the billing documentations.

Main Accountabilities

• Compare and verify all customer data vs. Cbase in-house system.
• Transmit data files for revenue calculation and validation.
• Correct any errors or warnings to ensure accurate billing.
• Input and maintain all miscellaneous billing documentation.
• Responsible for daily, weekly, and monthly reporting.
• Ability to meet deadlines.
• Responsible for interdepartmental functions

• Input and maintain all miscellaneous billing for Key Account customers.
• Input and maintain all Cargo and Charter billing documentation.

• Create and maintain department production paperwork

• Verify daily operational data and update appropriate databases as required

• Assist in the implementation of all LEAN processes, and ensure continuation of process throughout department

Input and maintain all Cargo and Charter billing documentation.

• Monitor and review Internal Feedback Loop (IFBL) and all customer flight attendant comments information with work groups

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

v High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

v 1-2 year accounting experience

v Knowledge of airline specific database systems (i.e. LINK, CBASE, ACE)

v Strong sense of urgency and problem solving skills

v Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail in a high stress environment

v Strong math skills

v Strong analytical and organizational skills

v Excellent verbal and written communication skills

v Willing to work flexible shifts and schedules

v Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize to business and objectives

v Basic Knowledge of Microsoft Office programs

v Excellent attendance record

v Ability to work with minimal supervision

v Must be available to work nights, weekends and holidays as needed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
