Responsibilities / Tasks: Technician
- Assemble high-volume disposable medical supplies in a cleanroom environment
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-organized assembly area
- Accurately and clearly complete manufacturing records/documentation
- Actively work to enhance product quality while minimizing scrap
- Assist with the manufacturing phase-in of new products or product changes
- Comply with medical device quality system requirements
- Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications: Technician
- Assembly experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right person
- Computer knowledge preferred
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in order to calculate figures and amounts
- Familiarity with a broad range of manufacturing and assembly techniques including UV adhesive bonding, in-process testing, and packaging preferred
- Proficient with basic hand tools and equipment
- Normal vision (corrected okay) and physical dexterity
- Ability to read assembly diagrams and other technical documents
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- Medical device experience a plus
- Required education: high school or equivalent preferred
Physical Activities: Technician
- Repetitive motion involving wrists, hands, and/or fingers
- Stationary position for majority of shift (sitting)
- All tasks performed in an enclosed area
