Job Title: Data Engineer / BI Analyst

Job Type: Tampa, FL on-site / Remote

Pay range: 70k - 100k

Position Summary

The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for performing analysis, reporting and visualization to support decisions within different areas of the company. The individual will be responsible for creating and maintaining dashboards, reports, data visualizations, and owning Tableau. The ideal candidate will have the skills to investigate the data from multiple angles, conduct research and identifying trends while partnering with colleagues to match data from different resources to make recommendations. This candidate will working with and reporting to FP & A.

Responsibilities

• Help build and manage Legacy Service Partner’s data platform in Domo
• Develop and support all aspects of the data lifecycle, including reporting, data modeling, transformation, and extraction
• Work with business users on the definitions and standardization of key metrics and measures of operations
• Work with business users to gather reporting requirements and manage scope
• Design report wireframes, data models, and create technical designs based on functional specifications and business requirements
• Debug and troubleshoot data issues as they arise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or a related field
• 2-3 years’ experience with business intelligence systems
• Experience with Domo Analytics, Dashboards, Cards Development, and Magic ETL
• Experience using parameters, actions, tooltip modifications, etc. when creating analytical dashboards
• Experience using Domo’s custom connector to extract data via API in JavaScript
• Strong experience with SQL
• Understanding of principles of data warehousing, data modeling (star and snowflake schemas), and creating ETL pipelines
