Dietary Director: Full Time
The Dietary Director manages all aspects of the facility's culinary program to ensure that the dietary needs of all residents are met. Maintains compliance and implementation of the facility's dietary program to ensure that all meal preparation and service is handled in the safest and most efficient manner possible in accordance with state and federal guidelines and requirements.
