Monitors financial performance of quoted rates and works with others to determine pricing strategies to improve financial performance. Basic Skills Required: Bachelor’s degree in business management with emphasis on supply chain or five years related experience and/or training in carrier pricing functions; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- In coordination with others, maintains LTI Inc.’s pricing philosophy, policies, and market focus, and monitors these going forward.
- Supply rate quotes and rate proposals in accordance with financial objectives to customers, both external and internal, as requested.
- Respond to complex RFP’s and other special pricing requests from LTI managers or from customers.
- Support managers in evaluating opportunities and securing new business at maximum margins.
- Develop pricing models for services and distribute that information appropriately.
- Monitor competitive environment and markets to recommend appropriate pricing actions.
- Develop and maintain costing strategies, metrics, and tools to measure and report specific operational costs.
- Plan and lead the execution of annual rate reviews to improve financial performance.
- Develop cost models in Excel for review of existing business and recommend pricing action plan needed to improve.
- Organize and maintain files (conveniently accessible to others) of all proposals, quotes, rate increases, rate tables, costing models, and reports related to pricing and rating.
- Review, monitor, and maintain transportation contracts, ensuring fulfillment and awareness of key terms.
- Update and maintain rate tariff and rules tariff including fuel surcharge tables.
- Provide special studies or analyses of specific matters for management review.
- Other duties may be assigned.
- Compensation: $75,000 to $90,000 annual
