LTS is seeking Registered Nurses for mobile medical events. Employees must work in compliance with LTS policies, procedures, professional standards, and program protocols. Proven reliability and attention to detail required.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Enforces all LTS Policies & Procedures and OSHA safety standards.
- Administering intravenous fluids and monitoring patients.
- May be asked to perform wound care.
- Operating and monitoring medical equipment.
- Monitor and record patient vital signs.
- Collect patient information.
- Assists with site operations as needed.
- Assessing, observing, and speaking to patients.
- Escalate patient safety and/or other significant site concerns.
- Oversee proper procedures of disposal of hazardous waste materials.
- May be asked to conduct inventory of supplies.
- Will provide patient care from registration, screening, triaging, documentation, and monitoring.
- Recommend processes to protect patients and employees and ensure that all staff adhere to infection control policies and protocols.
- Assists with set up and tear down of mobile sites as needed.
- Other duties as assigned.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Strong organizational and communication skills (oral and written).
- Strong time management skills.
- Must be self-motivated.
- Strong analytic and problem-solving skills.
- Adept at inserting, maintaining, and removing IVs while retaining patient comfort
- Committed to observing patient conditions and ensuring patient safety
- Understanding of basic drug interactions and willingness to learn
- Travel required to event sites.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Current Driver License and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass background check.
- Willingness to learn and share subject matter expertise on systems supporting site operations.
Licensure, Certifications, Registrations:
- Meet the requirements for one or more of the following:
- Registered Nurse
- Must possess a valid driver’s license.
- Must possess a current Basic Life Support (BLS) required, either a certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) BLS for Healthcare Providers (or AHA recognized equivalent) or an American Red Cross CPR/AED for Professional Rescuer and Healthcare Provider.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to work inside and outside for extended periods of time.
- Ability to perform job duties while, sitting, standing, squat, bend at the waist, kneel and walking for extended period of time.
- Ability to lift and carry up to 15- 20lbs., reach in all directions, and unassisted. Ability to use lifting motion over and below waist from 15lbs-20 lbs. without assistance.
- Ability to use vision or corrective vision to determine depth perception and to discriminate between color coated objects.
- Ability to perform gross motor functions, fine motor functions and maintain olfactory sensory functions.
- Ability to work in latex safe environment.
- Ability to be qualified using medical evaluations and physicals for adequate passing for respirator use.
- May be exposed to infectious diseases and occupational dangers such as needle pricks and outdoor inclement weather.

Salary : $92,300 - $117,000
