We are looking for a Commercial Sales Engineer to support LU-VE Plant Division in Jacksonville, Texas, United States. In your role you will report to the Vice President of Sales - Cooling Systems and you will be based out of Jacksonville, Texas or remote.
Mission of the role
As Sales Engineer Cooling Systems you are responsible for the sales of Cooling Systems (Evaporators, Condensers, Dry Coolers, Adiabatic Systems) in your assigned territory or application.
You will be in charge of
- Develop the sales network for LU-VE Cooling Systems in US, focusing on commercial and light-industrial applications in your territory. (Texas and adjacent states)
- Identify sales leads and develop these into opportunities by providing winning product selections and services offerings
- Support the existing customer base in US
- Make commercial quotations and prepare product selections
- Provide technical support, related to the application
- Reach or exceed assigned sales budget
- Build long term profitable relationships based on best-in-class products and services
- Recognize market and industry trends and feed back into the (international) organization
- Regular business travel (customer visits, site inspections, commissioning, trade shows etc. )
- Prepare and make techno-commercial presentations to prospects, customer and trade events
- Provide regular activity reports
Education & Experience we are looking for
- Bachelor’s Degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electric, Thermal) or comparable knowledge by experience.
- Relevant experience working for a HVAC-R contractor, a manufacturer of HVAC-R systems or components (heat exchangers, compressors, valves) or in a related industry.
- Knowledge of industry characteristics and market trends
- Existing industry network
- Located within the assigned territory
Qualifications we are looking for
- Fluent in English. Spanish or Italian are a plus.
- Heat Transfer knowledge, specifically for refrigeration systems
- Proactivity & self-starting | Entrepreneurial mentality
