Product Managers work with cross-functional teams of development, operations, design, marketing and data scientists to build a customer-focused product. We are looking for an entrepreneurial Product Manager who values moving quickly and who can handle urgent projects. Lead and drive our product development within the context of a broader product goals, strategy and roadmap. Your Responsibilities Understand Dennemeyer’s strategic vision to provide customers with a more digital user experience Define a strong product vision and a focused product strategy and create buy-in for both internally and with key external partners Devise a powerful value proposition, ensure strong product positioning in the market and have a profound knowledge of the competitive landscape Gain a deep understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points; define core segments and customer target groups (product-market-fit) Provide creative product ideation and experimental iteration within product scope Manage a product roadmap, define requirements for major features of a product Manage execution and delivery of features and requirements in backlog: Own prioritization within product scope Strong relationship building with development, operations, and UX-team Drive product launches and go-to-market together with business development, marketing teams and regional managers Work closely together with other product managers to improve integration of the company’s product portfolio, thus contributing to a better customer experience in Dennemeyer’s digital ecosystem Be data driven: Know how you’re measuring success before you start a project Your Profile MSc/MA in business administration, entrepreneurship, computer science or relevant field Proven work experience in project management Knowledge of lean product principles/product management Ability to develop product strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to executive management Strong business acumen and technology sophistication Strong problem solving skills and ready to actively contribute to develop success A real team player skilled at working effectively in cross functional teams Excellent written and verbal communication skills Fluency in English is mandatory, French, German, Japanese or Chinese is considered as an asset Join and grow with us!
