HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM (Overview & Key Responsibilities):
- Identify and support implementation of enterprise-wide cost reduction supply chain programs, distribution network optimization, and supply chain process improvement opportunities
- Work with Lube-Tech Supply Chain Team members to develop strategic project plans
- Assist/support Supply Chain and other enterprise-wide cross-functional teams through each specific business project during internship period
- Obtain deeper understanding of Lube-Tech’s JDE ERP system and support supply and demand planning initiatives
- Function within the guidelines of the Lube-Tech purpose and values; demonstrate servant leadership with ability to build a strong collaborative team. Ensure the safety and wellbeing of our teammates.
- Perform data collection, data analysis, and provide Lube-Tech leadership with sound, data-driven, business recommendations
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education:
- Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Materials Management, Supply Chain Management, Industrial Systems Engineering, or related field required
Preferred Experience and/or Training:
- Previous internship/co-op experience or relevant work experience
- Experience via student organizations such Supply Chain Management Association,
- Volunteerism or similar activities
- Demonstrated excellent written, verbal and listening communication skills.
- Analytical and creative problem resolution abilities
- Must be able to lawfully work within the US and have unrestricted work authorization for US
