HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE TO OUR TEAM(Overview & Key Responsibilities):
The Warehouse Specialists will perform receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, as well as organizing and retrieving stock in our Wisconsin warehouses. (Neenah and Milwaukee)
- Prepares orders by processing requests and supply orders; pulling materials; packing boxes; placing orders in delivery and staging areas.
- Sort and place materials or items on racks, shelves or in bins according to organizational standards in multiple warehouses
- Verify purchased products and enter order receipts into JDE as required
- Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures and best practices
- Operate a hand truck, pallet jack and fork lift on a regular basis
- Completes reports by entering required information in to ERP systems
- Maintains technical knowledge by attending LTU courses
- Contributes to team effort by collaborating with department personnel
- Utilizes safety PPE as required
- Perform shipping and provide routing information to ensure that delivery times and locations are coordinated.
- Delivers parts/chemicals to job sites as needed
- Travel between Neenah and Milwaukee warehouses
- Performs other duties as assigned
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):
Education: High School diploma or equivalent required
Experience and/or Training:
- Strong written and verbal communication, organizational, time management mathematical skills.
- Inventory, Equipment maintenance, data entry and computer skills required
- Fork lift experience
- 2-3 years of previous warehouse experience preferred
- Dependable and Reliable
Licenses / Certificates:
- Driver Licenses
- Fork lift certification
- DOT Certification
