YOUR DAY AS A PRODUCTION LINE SUPERVISOR
As a Production Line Supervisor, you lead and guide the production team, actively seeking improvements in production techniques.
You ensure quality, weights, and measures meet standards, and oversee the proper use of ingredients and finished goods. You also assist in staff placement, maintain a safe work environment, and optimize ingredient flow.
Your role requires good planning, organizational, math, and English skills, along with knowledge of production processes and machinery.
Your conflict resolution and teaching skills create a harmonious work atmosphere, while your understanding of regulatory requirements upholds quality standards.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma
- Some managerial experience in the food industry
- Some college is preferred
