Role Overview
We are seeking a Production Assembler at Lucid Bots. In this role, you will work with other team members to build and wire components for our robotic systems and related equipment.
Your work will include building products using various production tools and equipment to assemble parts and subassemblies according to work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.

Responsibilities
- Operate production tools and equipment, such as hand tools, soldering irons, rotary tools, 3D Printers, etc.
- Reads and deciphers work instructions, blueprints, and schematics.
- Prepares work to be accomplished by studying parts lists and gathering parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials.
- Assembles components by examining connections for correct fit, fastening parts and subassemblies.
- Assembles and tests finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
- Meets production quotas and deadlines while maintaining quality standards.
- Follows safety protocols and wears personal protective equipment as required.
- Maintains a clean and organized work area.
- Collaborates with other members of the team.
- Complies with internal policies and industry regulations.
- Completes other duties assigned by management.
- Maintains a positive attitude, even in the face of adversity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
- Keen attention to detail and problem-solving techniques.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Physical dexterity and the ability to stand or sit and perform repetitive tasks for an extended period of time.
- Able to lift and move 50 pounds of material unassisted.
