POSITION OPPORTUNITY:
Lucid Lane’s innovative vTPS Program (Virtual Transitional Pain Service) allows members to gain a greater understanding of pain management, reducing the likelihood of developing chronic pain, medication dependence and the occurrence of rehospitalization. POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
- Licensed therapist holds a current LCSW
- Minimum of three years experience in providing individual counseling
- Desire to cross-state license
- Experience with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness
- Ability to handle member needs with passion and care
- Knowledge and competency of diagnosis, assessment and treatment of behavioral health services
- Skilled at being present with clients. Ability to be adaptable and thrive in a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Attention to detail, strong organizational and time management
- Ability to pass criminal background checks
- Comfortable serving clients in a remote manner using multiple digital platforms.
YOUR ROLE:
- Support clients with anxiety, insomnia, or pain, who are tapering off of opioids or benzodiazepines and are dealing with withdrawal symptoms.
- Provide psychotherapy sessions to members virtually (teleconferencing) using CBT, mindfulness-based interventions, and other evidence-based interventions.
- Collaborate with referring Providers, offer insights into the care of their patients with Member Health Reports and general correspondence.
- Collaborate closely with the clinical leadership to make key treatment decisions about the members and follow Lucid Lane protocol for approval of key clinical decisions.
- Work with Lucid Lane’s easy-to-use software platform, clinical portal and integrated tools to provide individual counseling sessions.
- Create detailed care plans including goal setting; document outcomes via integrated tracking tools.
- Attend weekly team meetings/case conferences with our medical director and clinical staff. Provide timely documentation of sessions and member care
- Provide daily support to members through HIPAA compliant messaging during business hours.
- Introduce clients and facilitate connection to appropriate 12-step or other mutual support groups (SMART recovery, Refuge Recovery) based on client preference.
- Engage in continuing education such as motivational interviewing and cognitive behavioral therapy webinars as required and paid for by Lucid Lane.
