  • Book and coordinate with test facilities, race tracks, and proving grounds throughout the world.
  • Plan and execute shipments of vehicles, components, EV chargers, tires, etc. to development sites across the world. Including booking transport by air, ground, or sea, raising purchase requests, preparing components and vehicles for shipment, filling out trade compliance documents, and following up throughout the transport.
  • Work with company fleet managers to track/handle vehicle paperwork, including insurance, registration, license plates, etc. for the team fleet.

  • Ability to balance deadlines from multiple stakeholders and effectively prioritize competing resources.
  • Opportunity to learn basic software and hardware troubleshooting, how to flash software, etc.
  • A positive attitude and excitement for working with a dynamic team.
