Responsibilities
As the Store Manager you will:
- Use your business acumen, efficiency and problem‐solving skills to drive and grow the business
- Build and develop a team committed to creating a great experience for our customers
- Engage the hearts and minds of your team and develop their skills to realize their best, both as individual contributors and as thriving teams
- Communicate clear expectations and hold the store team and yourself accountable to achieving results
- Ensure store standards for merchandising and operations are met consistently
- Act as an ambassador for our brand dedicated to achieving results through your team
- Provide leadership or assistance with floor sets, window changes and other merchandising and visual expectations
- Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute management functions in the absence of SM/AM.
- Be a role model for our values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability and inclusivity
Qualifications
You will also have:
- 2 years as a Store Manager in similar volume, apparel business
- Proven track record of exceeding sales and statistical expectations
- Flexible availability to meet the needs of the business (including evenings and weekends)
- A positive attitude and lots of energy
- A passion for people – both customers and your team
- Confidence to give and receive meaningful feedback
- Ability to do multiple things at the same time
- Strong merchandising skills and an eye for visual details
- Initiative to continue self-development
Required Skills
