Lacey’s Place is a Slots & Video Gaming is a gaming parlor with over 30 locations in the Illinois region. We offer new, clean and safe gaming entertainment including food, drinks and entertainment.
Basic Job Requirements
- Customer Service experience
- Must be 21 years of age
- Starting Wage: $13.50
- Experience in the following is preferred not required for this entry level role: server, retail, customer service
Responsibilities:
- Attending to customers’ needs for snacks and drinks
- Making sure that customers know how to play the games
- Making sure that customers know about the loyalty program
- Informing customers of the specials
- Answering phones
- Cleaning of floors, bathrooms, gaming machines & chairs
- Cleaning of waiting area, Vacuuming & dusting, Windows, Emptying trash
- Keeping the outside area of the building free of trash Stocking*
- Checking expiration dates on products available to customers
- Rotation of stock to ensure that products are used prior to expiration dates
- Putting away stock as it is delivered
- Restocking inventory at the Attendant Desk for customer use Attendance*
- Following company attendance policy
- Following company policy for absences
- Knowing your schedule (Typically a set schedule and set times)
- Understanding that you must wait for the next shift person to relieve you (Parlor cannot be left unattended) Training*
- Food Handler Certification – 14 Days (if required)
- Bassett Certification – 14 Days
- Customer Service – As required Other Duties as Assigned*
