Busser/Host

Overview: YOU MUST BE 16 to APPLY - PREFER DAY SHIFT AVAILABILITY
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our team as a Busser. As a Busser, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Your main responsibility will be to assist the waitstaff and maintain cleanliness in the dining area.

Duties:
- Clearing and resetting tables promptly and efficiently
- Assisting waitstaff with delivering food and beverages to tables
- Refilling water glasses and providing additional condiments as needed
- Removing used dishes, silverware, and glassware from tables
- Cleaning and sanitizing tables, chairs, and other dining area surfaces
- Assisting in restocking supplies such as napkins, straws, and utensils
- Assisting in maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen and dishwashing area
- Providing excellent customer service by promptly addressing customer requests or concerns

Experience:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and positive attitude
- Ability to work well within a team and follow instructions from supervisors
- Knowledge of basic bussing procedures and food service etiquette is a plus
- Hospitality experience in a restaurant or hotel setting is beneficial
