Job Summary:
The Outlet Store Lead works alongside store management to maintain a clean, well-organized store with a customer-first focus. The duties of the Outlet Store Lead include independently opening/closing the store when store management is not present, stocking and recovering merchandise, cleaning the store, operating the POS system, and performing other duties as assigned by store management. The Outlet Store Lead will also assist with the day-to-day duties within the store such as assisting customers, cashiering, assisting with fitting rooms and go-backs, and maintaining visual standards.
What You’ll Do
All sales associate duties, leading by example:
Multitasking in a high-volume retail store
Ringing up customers with accuracy
Mastery of all zones: Fitting Room, Register, Greeter, Floater
Maintaining visual standards, ensuring the store is clean, well-stocked, and ready for business
Excelling in operational standards set forth by management (assisting with fitting rooms, helping on the floor, acting as a cashier, assisting in go-backs, providing product and brand knowledge to customers, processing new merchandise)
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships (Our customers come first!)
Effectively trains, motivates, and coaches the Outlet Team when necessary
Communicate any issues regarding staff/customers to store management
Float between store stations to support staff
Administer breaks if management is not present
Opening/Closing of store when needed
Contacting IT/ Facilities if/when technical or other issues arise while management is not present
The store Lead opens/ closes the store and supervises employees in the absence of management.
What You’ll Need
2 years of customer service experience in a retail setting
Weekend availability (Friday-Sunday)
A genuine love for people and fashion
Ability to work with confidential information in a professional manner
Solution-minded approach to any challenging situations
Strong leadership skills
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with the team and customers
Ability to effectively communicate and follow instruction
Ability to stand for long periods and ability to lift and move objects of at least 25 pounds
High energy, innate retail personality
Organizational skills
