Entry Level Direct Marketing Representative

As an Entry-Level Direct Marketing Representative, you will gain hands-on experience in retail management and sales while learning from experienced professionals. This role is designed to prepare you for a future leadership position within our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Participate in comprehensive training programs to understand management practices, company operations, and industry standards
• Assist in implementing sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive store performance
• Support team members, help with scheduling, and contribute to training and development efforts
• Provide excellent customer service, resolve issues, and ensure a positive shopping experience for all customers
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and store organization
• Track sales metrics, analyze performance data, and prepare reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
  
  

Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field preferred
• Prior experience in retail or customer service is a plus, but not required
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
