Description
The Porter/Groundskeeper will police the entire exterior and common areas of the community daily to enhance curb appeal and service. Must comply with all safety instructions.

· able to lift and carry 50 pounds
· ability to see trash and cigarette butts and be able to bend and to remove·
· have knowledge of pool chemical requirements
· able to read apartment numbers
