Behavioral Therapist
Company: Lumary Therapy, is an ABA Agency. We offer individualized behavioral services to adults and children diagnosed with autism by using principles of Applied Behavioral Analysis in the home. Our focus is to work with clients, families, and the community to provide the highest quality of care! We help increase desired behavior and decrease unwanted behavior. Our priority is individualized, client - centered care to help foster development and learning.
We are looking for an experienced behavioral therapist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of one year of experience helping adults and children with autism - using the principles of applied behavior analysis.
Compensation: Competitive Salary
Responsibilities:
- Perform in-home ABA Therapy for children and teenagers with Autism Spectrum Disorder following the behavior intervention plan designed by the supervisor
- Target the goals created by the supervisor following the behavior intervention plan
- Collect data on the progress of behavior change and record in client’s binder
Required Qualification:
- Min. of 1 year working in home ABA setting
- 2 years of experience working in the field of Applied Behavioral Analysis (preferred)
- Passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and their families
- Has proof of current/valid drivers’ license and auto insurance and access to reliable transportation
- Motivated to establish a working relationship with clients, parents and community
- Follow HIPAA and BCBA code of ethics
