Lume. Cannabis Co. is seeking reliable Delivery Specialist to distribute products promptly to our customers who will represent our company in a professional and cost-effective manner to increase our profitability and customer satisfaction. The Delivery Specialist must pass a preliminary background check and a level two background check. A company vehicle will be provided.
The Responsibilities

• Transport product between Lume. Cannabis Co. facilities and customer residence
• Load and unload vehicles at the destination; prepare transportation manifests and ensure that all appropriate signatures are obtained in a timely manner
• Ensure inventory stock matches delivery requirements
• Follow set, scheduled route for daily deliveries, ensuring products are delivered in a timely manner
• Meet/exceed delivery targets and be detailed to ensure accuracy of items being delivered
• Comply with established state, local and company policies and procedures, following DOT regulations and safety standards
• Stay up-to-date with new products, strains, changes in law, and industry trends in order to provide the highest level of customer service
• Educate patients about a variety of cannabis products including flower, edibles, and concentrates, providing information on cannabis products based on patient needs/requests
• Advising patients on proper safety measures to follow when consuming cannabis
• Maintain and use completely and accurately (POS) and METRC systems for all in-store, online, and phone orders
• Handle completely and accurately cash and discount application
• Verify proper ID of all customers, maintain and keep confidential all patient records and documentation
• Practice safe driving and cash handling
• Ask for feedback on provided services and resolve clients' complaints
• Complete daily logs and necessary reports
• Add value to the team by being authentic and confident self-leader who strives to execute our world class hospitality program
• Drive repeat business through strong local grass roots networking, customer data capture and our loyalty program
• Execute high customer experience standards, to include culture and industry leading customer engagement through strong sales techniques and product knowledge

The Qualifications

• Minimum 23 years of age – required by law
• Minimum two years’ experience with customer service in retail
• 2 years relevant driving/delivery experience
• A clean driving record and able to pass MVR Driver Background Check and maintain clean driving record throughout employment. Ability to drive in a variety of weather and traffic conditions
• Valid Chauffer License preferred
• Car insurance in your name that is state compliant
• High school degree or GED
• Must be able to push, pull, move, and/or lift a minimum of 50 pounds and be able to push, pull, move, and/or carry such weight a minimum distance of 50 feet, with or without mechanical assistance.
• Dynamic interpersonal and communication skills
• Exceptional interpersonal and customer service skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude, team-oriented and disciplined work ethic
• Detail-oriented; able to stay organized and on task in a fast-paced environment
• Previous retail cannabis experience strongly preferred
• Experience handling cash transactions and maintaining a balanced drawer
• Ethical conduct
