The Role
Works directly with the Services Assurance project manager to support project management systems and processes specifically around data analytics and automation required to on-board and maintain data for customers. Successful candidate will possess strong analytical, forecasting, and automation skills with demonstrated results in efficiency improvements.
The Main Responsibilities
- Transform customer inventory and project management data from multiple sources/formats
- Data collection, data cleansing, and creation of data structures
- Make data more accessible for process automation
- Proactively seeks opportunities to eliminate costs and improve quality.
- Develop efficiencies to support project management
- Ensures each project is high quality and meets the measures of success.
- Utilize a consultative approach and maintains strong working relationships across multiple departments; internal and external.
- Conducts meetings with stakeholders to determine objectives and execute on deliverables.
- Ability to gather ideas and requirements from end users and translate into the development process.
What We Look For in a Candidate
- Strong verbal, written and visualization communication skills demonstrated by an ability to translate complex findings into practical business implications.
- Demonstrated results with identifying and implementing efficiency improvements.
- Experience with managing data privacy.
- Possess strong analytical skills with the ability to identify performance drivers and trends
- Works effectively within tight deadlines and firm schedules
- Exhibits good business judgement with the ability to overcome obstacles and think strategically to solve business problems
- Technical expert with demonstrated success in:
- SQL Database
- Data Mining
- Data Cleaning
- Tableau or Power BI
- Successful performance with remote work.
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Information Technology, Computer Science, or Data Analytics and minimum of 1 year of related work experience.
- Eligible to obtain and maintain a Government Security Clearance
- Project Management experience
- Programming
- Proficient in O365 Sharepoint Online
- Proficient in O365 Power Platform
