Responsibilities
- Actively source and qualify business development leads
- Actively source and qualify candidates for your client
- Manage recruitment process on behalf of the client
- Manage the client's needs and expectations
- Maintaining strong relationships in the market
- Working to improve recruitment efficiency
- Build general knowledge of the market you operate in (Engineering, Life Sciences, Technology, or Energy)
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
