About This Role
We’re hiring a team of Proposal designers for this role, each team member will be responsible for a certain area of the business and they will be expected to work with department leaders directly, manage their workload effectively and communicate achievable expectations.

Overall Responsibility
- Pre-qualify residential properties for solar installation
- Create usage profiles based on utility bill inputs
- Create accurate solar panel system proposed designs in 2D/3D software, using google satellite imaging
- Generate proposals, estimates, and agreements in a timely and accurate manner
- Correspond concisely, clearly, and timely to sales reps and managers
- Track and manage numerous projects, and communicate milestones to appropriate parties
- Perform data entry into our CRM system
Qualifications
- Previous solar proposal design experience
- Able to read and understand utility bills including Cost per kWh, rate plans, including Time of Use
- Experience with corresponding Building and Fire Codes.
- Experience using various technology tools with extensive experience in CAD
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma required
- 1 year experience required

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $22.00 per hour
