About This Role
Lumio is looking for passionate individuals to join our Sales Concierge Team. In this position, you will be in charge of internal department communication. You will be the main point of contact and advocate for our sales team and will help them throughout the process of their accounts. Your job duties will include but are not limited to, providing the sales team with updates on the accounts they have sold, helping them understand the operations process for each solar project, and being available to assist with any questions or problems that may arise during a sale.
Overall Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Sales Leadership & client stakeholders in identifying process bottlenecks
- Identify key trends at rep level, team level & market level to drive the business forward
- Taking inbound phone calls from Sales Reps or Team leaders needing help and assistance with customers accounts.
- Helping sales reps with pointing them in the right direction in technology help, (tech support) permitting, housing, pay, etc.
- Communication between call center, customer service, sales managers, and other sales reps for customer questions and various other tasks.
- Generate data-driven insights and forecasts for strategy planning
- Answer basic questions from account updates, pricing, status updates, etc.
- Work closely with sales leadership to inspect sales process effectiveness; identify areas of process improvement and optimization
- Provide necessary data points for Weekly, Monthly, and Quarterly Business Reviews
Qualifications
- 1 years Customer Service experience is preferred
- Solar Experience is preferred, but not required
- Ability to interpret data dashboards to identify trends and focus areas
- Excellent verbal, written, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Proficient in Google products (Gmail, Forms, Sheets, etc.)
- Results-oriented with the ability to motivate others and drive performance
- Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced, team environment
- A skill assessment and case study presentation may be conducted as part of the interview process
