About This Role
Are you a master of persuasion with a passion for clean energy? Lumio is looking for a Solar Sales Champion to join our team! As our Solar Sales Representative you'll get to show off your charm and win over customers with your expertise in solar products. You'll have the chance to work independently and build relationships with potential customers in a fun and exciting environment.
Overall Responsibilities
- Manage local office
- Onboard and train new recruits
- Responsible for production
- Run daily meetings
- Assign closes
Qualifications
- A can-do attitude and enthusiasm for renewable energy
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all walks of life
- A track record of sales success in a door-to-door sales environment (preferred but not required)
- The ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
