Job Purpose

As a Maintenance Technician, you will have responsibilities for several tasks which include but are not limited to minor electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and irrigation work. In addition to this minor work, you will be responsible for any upkeep of the facilities as directed by your Maintenance Lead and/or Supervisor. The ideal candidate must be able to work as a team and individual while maintain safe and healthy work practices. The goal is to maintain the facilities and common areas in the best possible condition.

Maintenance Technician Responsibilities:

· Inspect and repairs as needed while maintain health and safety standards

· Perform maintenance on the electrical, plumbing, lights, and irrigation system

· Make recommendations on repairs and work with your lead to ensure the repairs are complete

· Perform manual repairs when necessary

· Analyze performance issues related to equipment, tear down and inspect components and replace as needed

· Performing repair or general maintenance work of facilities, building, and equipment repair or replacement

· Preventative maintenance on indoor and outdoor AC units

· Preventive maintenance on dehumidifiers

· Assist in wiring and programming TrollMasters

· Maintenance and troubleshooting the CO2 alarms and exhaust systems

· Will be require to use a ladder, lift and move equipment

· Other duties as assigned

Maintenance Technician Requirements:

· Must have dependable, reliable transportation a must

· Some travel and coverage between facilities

· Ideal candidate must have a minimum of three years of experience

· Excellent communication skills are a must

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $20.00 per hour
