We look to our Restaurant Managers to inspire, train and develop their team on a daily basis. The Restaurant Manager will provide support for the General Manager in leading successful day to day operations.
As the Restaurant Manager, you will:
- You will provide daily leadership and development to all Front of the House Team Members
- Know and comply with all Luna Grill standards
- Assist with building restaurant sales, and maintaining budget through the P&L
- Prepare weekly schedule for the Front of the House with the assistance of the General Manager
- Process all reports in a timely manner
Our Restaurant Managers need to:
- Possess the highest form of integrity, trustworthy, and reliable
- Ability to work with little to no supervision
- Communicate clearly and effectively with guests and team members
- Show and provide effective leadership and problem-solving skills
- Provide a strong, detailed orientation to all front of the house team members
