The Office Coordinator provides support to the facility by preforming a variety of duties that include:
Collecting data, preparing reports, general accounting functions, coordinate EHS activities and assists Procurement.

Responsibilities:
- Handles confidential and proprietary information, exercises confidentiality
- Collects requested data from various sources and prepares reports and findings.
- Review status of follow up projects assigned to meet all deadlines.
- Submit purchase order via requisition, follow up with open orders and pricing issues.
- Assist Corporate Controller with Invoice issues and month end journal entries.
- Manage office and production supplies stock and place orders
- Safety-Plan and coordinates leaderships meetings
- Review new/modified equipment/processing Health and Safety Purposes as needed.
- Assembly production packets, assists in scrap adjustment
- Other duties as assignment by Manager
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent required.
2 years of related experience required.
Excellent leadership, time management and organizations skills.
Familiarity with common procedures and basic accounting principles
Ability to Multi task and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience with Microsoft Office and other management tools and applications
Intermediate Microsoft skills.
Ability to learn multiple systems.
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals. Ability to respond to complaints. Ability to effectively present information to top management.
Ability to write, speak, and comprehend English.
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- This position is subject to Light Work: Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force constantly to move objects.
