Duties:
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot computer hardware, software, and peripherals
- Provide technical support to end-users for computer-related issues
- Analyze and resolve network connectivity problems
- Maintain and administer computer networks and related computing environments
- Implement network security measures
- Monitor network performance and optimize network resources
- Assist in the development and implementation of IT policies and procedures
- Document technical processes and procedures
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer networking concepts, including TCP/IP protocols
- Experience with SCCM (System Center Configuration Manager) for software deployment and patch management
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
- Understanding of LAN/WAN technologies and protocols
- Ability to diagnose and resolve problems in Windows and Mac OS environments
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and other common business applications
- Familiarity with Remedy or similar IT service management software
