We are seeking a compassionate and professional Foster Care Case Manager to provide effective and supportive counseling and case management to children and families in the foster care system. Our Foster Care Case Managers positively impact the lives of our client families by effectively advocating for, counseling, coordinating resources, educating and assisting our clients and families to help them access the care and resources they need to be successful.  If you want to spend your work life doing something meaningful and making a difference, this is the place for you!  

Responsibilities 

• Provide services in client’s homes, office or community setting.  
• Assess client’s strengths and needs and develop appropriate service plans.
• Maintain client files and ensure they are up to date.
• Establish and maintain appropriate, current community networks and interactions, in cooperation with program supervisors and staff. 
• Staff in this position will work on some weekends in “on call” status.  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Guidance Counseling, Drug & Alcohol Counseling or other Human Behavior Science.
• Two years’ experience.
• Must be a licensed driver with access to a reliable automobile that is insured in accordance with state and/or organization requirements.
