The Technician assists in the planning, coordinating, and implementing of a comprehensive holistic community life program to meet the needs of residents.  Assists with individual and group activities, exercises and discussions to ensure an abundant life for residents.

• High School diploma or general education degree (GED)
• Six months to one year related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to direct and instruct groups and individuals participating in structured activities.
• Ability to observe, recall, and document behavior.
