The Resident Coordinator (Direct Care Worker) helps to enhance the resident's lifestyle by overseeing and assisting residents with their care on a daily basis. Focusing on promoting independence when able, the Resident Coordinator provides all levels of care needed to promote overall wellbeing of the resident. The Resident Coordinator is responsible to the Administrator and the Health Care Coordinator or his/her designee.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required.
- Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Word and Excel required.
- CPR/First Aid, Diabetic Education Certification, Medication Administration Certification.
