• Driving clients daily to their desired destination

• Using navigation apps to determine the best route

Job description:

We are looking for a motivated driver to transport clients in a comfortable, safe and timely manner. Driver responsibilities include regular cleaning for the vehicle, planning each route based on road and traffic conditions and managing payments. Ultimately, you will help us increase customer satisfaction, making sure clients depend on us for their transportation needs. To be considered for this role, you should have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record with no traffic violations or insurance at fault claims. Note that you don’t need to have a car; we provide drivers with our own vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Applicant must maintain Uber rating of 4.93 or better on current account or (must be able to obtain driver account)

• Applicant must maintain Lyft rating of 4.93 or better on current account or (must be able to obtain driver account)

• Collect payments and issue receipts

• Assist Clients with opening and closing doors

• Assist clients with loading and unloading their luggage

• Upsell return trips

• Adjust the route to avoid heavy traffic or road constructions, as needed

• Answer clients’ questions about the area and local places of interest

• Maintain interior and exterior cleanliness of the car.

• Disinfect inside vehicle according to CDC guidelines

• Must wear mask when customer in vehicle upon request

• Must be proficient on a smartphone that can run several apps at the same time

Requirements

• Be at least 25 years of age for insurance purposes

• Proven experience as a Driver

• A valid driver’s license
• CDL a plus

• A clean driving record

• Be able to read, write, and speak English

• Professional attire ( e.g. white shirt, black slacks, black shoes, and black belt)

• Ability to lift heavy packages and luggage

• Availability to work weekend and night shifts

• A polite and professional disposition

• Ability to remain calm in stressful driving situations (e.g. at rush hour)

• A high school diploma or GED

• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test

• Pass Criminal Background Check

• Pass MVR (motor vehicle record)

• No at fault accidents within the last three years

• No at fault insurance claims within the last three years

• No DUI/DWI within the last seven years

• Must be physically able to conduct all services requested by the client including baggage handling up to 50lbs.

Drivers must:

• Be safety-first oriented

• Have an on-time mindset

• Maintain professional Standards

• Be customer service focused

• Cooperate with passengers

• Report all incidents and/or accidents immediately

Schedule:

• 5 day work weeks

• 40 hrs weekly

• Nights and Weekends

• Drivers earn 100% tips from customers
