What are the responsibilities and job description for the Barber position at Luxe Barbershop?
Hi there!
My name is Lizzy. I am the proud owner of Luxe Barbershop. Last year I bought an established barbershop that was highly successful for 58 years and now I am in need of some part-time help:)
Requirements are as follows:
Illinois Licensed Barber/Cosmetology with a minimum of 3 years experience in a barbershop or cutting exclusively just men‘s hair.
Must be experienced in regular ol’ fashion haircuts …..not just fades. This shop isn’t that type of shop
Ideally, have some sort of clientelle base that will follow
Reliable- our customers need us to be on time and consistent
Fun personality and loves to make someone else's day
Basic Math and experience with cash * CASH ONLY SHOP
Currently looking for someone to work a couple of days a week and every other Saturday (perk...open only 9-12pm)

Flexibility within reason ...family matters the most to me so I get it, however, we will still have to be there for our customers but can work out a schedule that works best for you
