Job Description:

As an Office Secretary at Luxe Living Digest, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office. You will be responsible for a range of administrative and clerical tasks, supporting our team and enhancing our overall efficiency. Your attention to detail, organizational skills, and friendly demeanor will be key to your success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer and direct phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage and organize office documents, records, and files.
  • Assist in preparing and proofreading documents, reports, and correspondence.
  • Monitor office supplies and order replacements as necessary.
  • Maintain an organized and clean office environment.
  • Provide general administrative support to various departments.
  • Perform other tasks and projects as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an office secretary or in a related administrative role.
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
  • Friendly and positive attitude with a strong customer service focus.
