Project Description:

  • The Project Manager is responsible for driving ecommerce campaign strategy. Including on-site execution, strategy & timelines for seasonal and evergreen campaigns, and online promotions. This person uses data, insight, and industry best practices to create great customer experiences.


Responsibilities:

  • The Project Manager is responsible for driving ecommerce campaign strategy. Including on-site execution, strategy & timelines for seasonal and evergreen campaigns, and online promotions. This person uses data, insight, and industry best practices to create great customer experiences. Work with various work streams to ensure alignment on all campaigns, including imagery, messaging, & timing. Additional responsibilities during the holiday.
  • Ensuring a cohesive overall customer experience from outbound marketing traffic, to the on-site customer journey, to cart.
  • Site Optimization efforts and experimentation including testing and campaign optimization
  • Reporting and analysis. Document wins & learnings, and provide recommendations for future campaign strategy, testing, etc.
  • Cross-functional team partnership with multiple stakeholders including buying, production, creative, engineering and testing teams to support merchandising strategy for online store
  • Expert use of data to make optimal decisions and recommendations for website content. Comfortable working with large data sets to find key insights and interpret data into visual presentations.
  • Lead team and key stakeholders through our largest yearly campaign, Holiday. Set timelines and work back schedules, ensuring teams are meeting deadlines for market execution.


Mandatory Skills Description:

  • 4 years proven Project Management experience
  • Strong understanding and passion for websites, UI and Visual Site Merchandising
  • Experience with web technology platforms/working with a content management system to update pages
  • Proficiency in web analytics (i.e. Adobe, Contentsquare, Google analytics, Power BI etc.)
  • Produce on-time quality deliverables in a deadline-driven environment while balancing multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with global cross functional teams at all levels and proven team leadership ability
  • Strong computer skills, including expertise in the Office suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)


Nice-to-Have Skills Description:

  • Experience with various roles in ecommerce customer experiences.
