Responsibilities:
• Strategy and planning for online execution and customer journey supporting Microsoft's audience categories, including the site pages for Microsoft's core value props. • Seasonal and evergreen campaigns, online promotions, product launches, purchase funnel selling, page content, pricing display and messaging, and multi-channel initiative support. • Site Optimization efforts and experimentation, including Testing and creative optimization Reporting and analysis, strategic projects to help drive business priorities. • Product selling support motions based on data-driven analysis. • Cross-functional team partnership with multiple stakeholders including marketing, production, creative, engineering, and testing teams to support merchandising strategy for online store. • Expert use of data to make optimal decisions and recommendations for website content. Comfortable working with large data sets to find key insights and interpret data into visual presentations.
