Digital Solution Manager
JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working as Digital Solution & Project Manager within the Digital Product & Planning Team, part of Digital & Ecommerce Corporate Team, working on ecommerce and instore channels, you will be responsible for coordination with relevant stakeholders in order to delivery on time Product and Catalog activities of Platform projects, with a continuous alignment with Ecommerce Channel Project Manager. Moreover, you will be responsible for the coordination of relevant stakeholders in order to guide the execution and the on-time delivery of PIM & Catalog projects.
AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:
- GANTT Definition: Define stakeholders and project tasks for the product side to create a solid execution plan (GANTT);
- Project SAL: Manage project updates and track deliverables;
- Monitor & Mitigate: Monitor and constantly report on project progresses, highlighting risks and preventing potential threads;
- Plan & Coordinate Activites: Coordinate internal resources in accordance with Team Leaders and third parties / vendors in accordance to guarantee a seamless execution;
- Collect Project Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
- Coordinate with IT Teams: Coordinate with It Service Managers the prioritization of Ticket Backlog in accordance with digital product leadership team indications;

TECHNICAL SKILLS – PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE:
- Proven Project Management methodology, experience in resource management to ensure project results contribute positive business value and meet agreed-upon scope, cost, schedule, and quality objectives;
- Proven PIM Software knowledge, in a multibrand, multichannel environment
- Used to work in multinational environment;
- Ability to interact with multiple groups to gather information and gain consensus on goals;
- Superior prioritizing, and time-management skills,
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
- Digital Commerce specific experience (navigation, user experience, e-commerce principles);
- Team working skills;
- Ability to motivate people;
- Management and diplomacy skills;
- Critical thinking and problem solving
CANDIDATE PROFILE:
Educational Background:
Great educational background, possibly a bachelor's degree in management, engineering, business or a related field.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Proven ability to use GANTT creation tools.
