Production Technician
Responsibilities
· Measures and assesses bath projects.
· Measures and assesses cabinet refacing projects and prepares drawings for ordering.
· Works with branch production personnel to schedule measures and other work.
· Enters material orders for bath and refacing projects.
· Updates CRM for each project ordered for tracking and planning.
· Follow company communication and documentation procedures, guidelines and policies.
· Other duties as agreed.
· Work will be performed remotely.
· Reports to Branch Production Manager
Requirements and skills
· Strong knowledge of acrylic and other bath materials and processes.
· Strong knowledge of cabinet refacing materials and processes.
· Proficiency with various vendor ordering processes.
· Excellent verbal and written communication, and presentation skills.
· Strong active listening skills.
· Familiarity with QC CRM systems and practices.
· Client oriented and ability to adapt and respond to different personality types of customers.
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Must provide own transportation, personal computer and internet access.
· High school diploma.
· Valid Driver’s License and Insurance
Compensation
· Will be paid $22 per hour
· Will receive mileage reimbursement for business miles
· Other compensation as agreed.
